Alter five years of increasing number of sign-ups during which the Sprint Triathlon of Barcelona has quintupled in its participants, Barcelona's Port Olympic was prepared to receive the most celebrated triathlon to date in Spain.

In the Sports World, Fransesc Godoy was inspired in men, whilst the tri-athlete of C.N.Mataró Neus Cayla, in women added its name to the list of female winners in this 11th edition of the Sprint Triathlon of Barcelona.

After the race, musical entertainment with a Brazilian beat and the Hotel AB Skipper offered a traditional breakfast for everyone with typical food in the midst of an environment of shared satisfaction and with many, many new tri-athletes.
