Bright, bold, expansive, with firm but subtle lines, continually changing, attractively urban, cosmopolitan... our Malbec restaurant is a venue for continuous culinary performances. Sun, light, Mediterranean air, open spaces, peace and quiet; first thing in the morning, enjoying a breakfast which all AB Skipper guests can interpret in their own way thanks to the early-morning culinary range.
At midday, our Malbec Buffet begins, intended to offer multiple possibilities sensitive to the broad cultural mix making up our clientele. Fresh salads full of colourful notes, delicately chosen natural products, pasta cooked with love to the point of perfection, oils and olives from the prestigious Catalan denominations of origin, gentle cooking, fast pace, fusion of flavours, spices, culinary tradition and baggage. And all this backed up by the always attentive, friendly and professional involvement of the staff.
Later, in the sensual dusk of our much-loved Barcelona, the Malbec stage takes an unexpected turn and becomes a seductive venue, full of brightness, subtlety and dreams... Jordi Delfa and Teresa Sánchez, offer cuisine designed for you to fall in love with... Young but fully trained and experienced, their cooking technique and dining room service create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
Their own versions of our well-known tapas, universal culinary references, fusion of concepts, technique and creativity and, above all, the desire to do things well.
Opening hours: every day from 1 to 4pm and from 8 to 11.30pm. Day and night a la Cartê service in august.
