Cosy, warm and surprising, it stands out for its reinterpreted contemporary Catalonian cuisine. Our Executive Chef, José Sanchez, has entrusted the lead to Chef Xavier Gruber, who shows to us a culinary line where all techniques, textures and flavours take place.

The Syrah has a special kindness with wines, there are over 200 different references to marriage, national and international, carefully selected and recommended by our sommelier.

Among the starters we point out the "Rice with cap i pota" - one of the stars at Syrah - and the "Trinxat de la Cerdanya" with lobster and confit pork". Another dishes considered are "Suckling pig with almond cream and peaches" and the "Kid leg stuffed with potato and truffle accompanied by romesco sauce". In the fish section the palate conquerors are the "Beach monkfish with pork feet, artichokes and pumpkin seeds oil" and the "Stuffed squid old style". The desserts and ice creams make a part on itself. The "Guinness sponge cake with cherry ice cream and white chocolate" shines with its own light. Finally, you can enjoy a coffee in our bar "The Living" along with a unique cigar.
